We understand that receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item can be frustrating. That’s why we kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you encounter any issues. Our dedicated team will promptly evaluate the situation and make it right. However, please note that certain types of items are non-refundable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the current item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
